The series of drawings present red / black and present black is a homage to Alberto Burri. The works were created after a working stay in Umbria – Northern Italy. There, the artist visited the Fondazione
Burri in the exhibition halls of a converted tobacco factory that houses part of Alberto Burris’s oeuvre, as well as the Palazzo Albizzini, located in Città di Castello, where his graphic work is displayed. She was greatly impressed by Burri’s works and they inspired her drawings, in which she combines ink painting and graphic elements to create a presence in black and red.
